BFF Financial Services

Concept homepages ยท August 2026

Three ways your website could work

Three complete homepage directions for BFF Financial Services Pty Ltd. Each one is a different strategy rather than a different colour, and each is built only from what could actually be verified about the business.

  • BFF Financial Services Pty Ltd
  • ABN 93 640 071 450
  • Melbourne outer east
  • Trading since April 2020

Worth knowing before you look

BFF Financial Services has no website, no Facebook page, no Instagram account and no Google Business listing. Searching for the business by name in Australia returns nothing that belongs to it. That is the honest starting point, and it shapes everything below.

  • bfffinancial.com is not yours. It is a live wealth planning and insurance firm in California, trading since 2020, contactable at an address on North Central Avenue. Anyone searching that name and landing there is being sent to a different business in another country.
  • bfffinance.com.au is not yours either. It belongs to Brighter Future Finance, a mortgage broker on Collins Street in Melbourne. They rank for "BFF Finance", they hold a Google listing with 99 reviews at five stars, and they are effectively occupying the search result your customers would look for.
  • None of the obvious domains are registered to you. bffhomeloans.com.au, bffmortgages.com.au and bffcarloans.com.au all resolve to nothing, which means they are still available to take.
  • Nothing on these three pages was copied from anyone. Every fact came from the national business register or your own professional profile. Everything a finance site normally shows and that could not be verified has been left visibly blank rather than invented.

The first decision

There is no BFF logo anywhere, so here are three.

No mark exists on any register, any site or any social account. Rather than leave a gap, each concept proposes its own wordmark, drawn in that concept's own typeface. These are proposals for discussion, not an existing BFF logo, and picking one is probably the most valuable thing to settle.

BFF wordmark proposal one, a high contrast serif

Proposal one

A high contrast serif. Established, considered, closer to a private practice than a lender.

BFF wordmark proposal two, a heavy condensed sans

Proposal two

A heavy condensed sans. Direct and confident, and it carries the three products in the lockup.

BFF wordmark proposal three, a modern grotesque

Proposal three

A modern grotesque. Approachable and current, and the easiest of the three to read at small sizes.

The concepts

Three directions, three strategies.

Open each one on your phone as well as on a computer. They are complete homepages, not pictures of homepages.

Concept one homepage, The Broker
Direction one

The Broker

An editorial direction that treats broking as a profession rather than a rate comparison. Calm, ruled, generous with space, and built to be trusted with the biggest financial decision most people make.

  • Bone and navy with brass
  • Instrument Serif and Work Sans
  • Trust led

Concept two homepage, Drive
Direction two

Drive

The one that leads with what you actually specialise in. Cars and asset finance at the front, home loans behind them, and a section on why the dealer's finance desk is not the only option. Dark, condensed and confident.

  • Graphite and ember
  • Archivo and Barlow
  • Specialism led

Concept three homepage, Three Doors
Direction three

Three Doors

A router. You hold three registered business names, so the page asks which one the visitor needs and sends them straight there. The clearest of the three for someone who arrives knowing exactly what they want.

  • Cool light with teal
  • Bricolage Grotesque and Public Sans
  • Product led

What is real and what is not

Every figure a finance site normally carries is missing on purpose.

Arranging credit is regulated. A rate, a fee or a licence number invented for a demonstration is a checkable false claim about a regulated business, so none of them appear anywhere on the three pages.

Real, and verifiable

From the national business register
The entity BFF Financial Services Pty Ltd, ABN 93 640 071 450, active and GST registered since 1 April 2020, main business location in postcode 3152, and the three registered business names BFF Home Loans, BFF Mortgages and BFF Car Loans.
From your own professional profile
Your role as director, the description of yourself as an automotive finance and insurance specialist, and the six years as a finance broker at RACV from 2004 to 2010.

Deliberately left blank

  • Interest rates, comparison rates and repayment figures
  • Fees, and whether the client or the lender pays
  • The Australian Credit Licence or credit representative number
  • The lender panel, and how many lenders are on it
  • Approval and settlement timeframes
  • Reviews, ratings, client numbers and settlement volumes
  • Photographs of you, an office, or any client
  • Your phone number and email, kept off a public page on purpose

Side by side

What is different, point by point

BFF Financial Services has been trading since April 2020 and holds three registered business names, and none of that is visible anywhere online. There is no website, no Facebook page, no Instagram account and no Google Business listing.

That means there is nothing to send a referral to, nothing for someone to check you against, and nothing standing between your name and the two other businesses that currently own it in search.

Every point below is something you can see on the concept pages while we talk.

01

Someone searching your name

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

Searching BFF Financial Services turns up a wealth planning firm in California and a different Melbourne mortgage broker called Brighter Future Finance. Nothing that comes back belongs to you, so a referral who only half remembers the name lands on somebody else.

In the concepts

Every concept states the business name, the ABN and the three registered names on the page itself, so anyone who reaches it can confirm in one glance that they have the right BFF.

02

Somewhere to send a referral

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

There is no address to send anyone to. A recommendation has to travel as a phone number passed between two people, and it stops the moment one of them forgets to pass it on.

In the concepts

A single link that opens a complete page on a phone, which is what a referral actually gets forwarded as.

03

Being able to enquire without phoning

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

Every enquiry has to begin with a phone call, and it has to begin with the customer already having your number. Anyone who would rather type than ring has no way in at all.

In the concepts

A short enquiry form sits in the top of every page, plus a three tap qualifier that asks what they are financing and where they are up to before it asks for a name.

04

The three registered names doing some work

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

BFF Home Loans, BFF Mortgages and BFF Car Loans are all registered and none of them appears anywhere a customer could see. They cost money to hold and currently return nothing.

In the concepts

Each name gets its own section, and concept three turns them into three doors so a visitor picks the one that matches what they are doing and skips the rest.

05

The car finance specialism

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

Nothing online says you are an automotive finance specialist or that you spent six years broking finance at RACV. It is the clearest reason to choose you over a general broker and it is currently invisible.

In the concepts

Concept two leads with it from the headline down, including a section on why the dealership finance desk is not the only option.

06

Having a logo at all

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

There is no BFF mark on any register, any document or any account we could find, so every quote, email and business card is currently wordmark free.

In the concepts

Three wordmark proposals, one per concept, drawn in that concept's own typeface, plus matching icons for a browser tab and a phone home screen.

07

Reading it on a phone

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

There is nothing to read on a phone, which matters because almost everyone who follows up a finance referral does it from one.

In the concepts

All three were built on a phone first, with a fixed bar at the bottom carrying the enquiry button so it is reachable from anywhere on the page.

08

Reviews and social proof

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

There is no Google Business listing, so there is nowhere for a happy client to leave a review and nothing for a new client to read. The other Melbourne broker using the BFF name has 99 reviews at five stars.

When it is built

Nothing has been invented here. No stars, no testimonials and no client numbers appear on any page, because none exist yet. Setting up the listing and collecting real reviews is a first job once a direction is picked.

09

The domain name

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

bfffinancial.com belongs to the Californian firm. bfffinance.com.au belongs to the other Melbourne broker. The obvious ones for your registered names, bffhomeloans.com.au, bffmortgages.com.au and bffcarloans.com.au, are not registered to anyone at all.

When it is built

A direction can be pointed at whichever of those you secure, and securing one before somebody else does is the cheapest thing on this list.

10

Being quoted by an AI assistant

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

Ask any assistant for a car finance broker in Melbourne's outer east and there is nothing about you for it to read, so it will name somebody else every time.

When it is built

The built site publishes who you are, what you arrange and where you work as machine readable data, plus a question and answer set in your own words, which is what those tools quote from.

11

The licence and fee details a client looks for

No website, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Google listing

Nothing published anywhere states who holds the credit licence, what a client pays, or which lenders you can reach, so anyone checking you out has no way to.

When it is built

These have been left visibly blank on every concept rather than guessed, because inventing them about a regulated credit business is not a design choice. The blanks are listed on each page as the agenda.

Every line above was read off the pages themselves on 28 August 2026, both yours and the three concepts, so you can check any of it while we talk. The search and AI search side is measured in the check below.

Your website today

SEO & AI Search Check

Every Scalus site ships with the full search and AI search setup applied on day one. Here is what that covers.

You do not have a website for me to check yet

That is not a bad position to be in. It means nothing has to be undone. Every item on the checklist below is built into a Scalus site from the first day, rather than retrofitted onto a site that was never set up for it.

  • Every page titled and described for the searches your customers actually type.
  • Structured data so a machine knows you are a real business, what you do and the suburbs you cover.
  • An llms file and an open crawler list so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI can read you and quote you.
  • A sitemap and a robots file, submitted to Google rather than left to be discovered.
  • Your reviews published in a form that can show as stars and be read back by an assistant.
