About Eden

Eden was founded as the alternative. Founder Eduardo grew up on a Cuban farm where nature was both a playground and a teacher — a childhood where every plant mattered, and the outdoors was as important as the building itself. Six services, one team. Each one runs on the same simple promise: a clear quote, a clear timeline, and a job finished properly.
Service 01
Paving, entertainment areas, pergolas, alfrescos, decking, design around pools — front yards and back yards, connecting the outdoors of the house with the garden. We design sustainable gardens, heavily recommend native plants, and use recycled materials for carpentry work. Domestic & commercial.
Meet with Ed and our designer on site to talk through goals, ideas and everything specific to your garden. Consultations incur a fee; afterwards we send a quote to complete the design project.
A design concept plan establishing layout, spatial flow and overall design direction — with three revisions covering plant selections, colour palette and material specifications.
Surveyors may be needed for elevations (we can recommend companies). Final plans compare current vs proposed, with measurements, elevations, a full plant schedule, side views and key specifications.
Yes — and we encourage it. Designing during the build phase lets us collaborate with your architect or building designer on indoor-outdoor flow, levels, drainage and access.
Yes, pools are a speciality. We design surrounds, decking and planting that tie the pool into the whole garden.
Typically 3–6 weeks, depending on the size of the project.
Yes — at times we revisit the property for further measurements or clarifications as the design develops.
60–90 minutes on site (or online) with one of our designers. We listen to your needs, walk the property — sun and shade, privacy, access, problem areas — then explore design directions from both a designer's and a builder's perspective. Online consults follow the same structure via video call: send plans ahead and walk us around the garden. If your home is mid-build, we can meet nearby.
Yes — a fee applies, depending on the size of your project. We'll confirm it before booking.
Service 02
Whether we completed your design or you bring your own drawings, we follow them through the build. We use recycled timber wherever we can — better for the environment, and it presents beautifully. We coordinate electricians, plumbers and trades, we're fully qualified and insured, and we pride ourselves on a clean, organised work site. Domestic & commercial.
Walk the property with your team leader and project manager before any work starts, so everyone is on the same page.
Materials delivered to a safe area, an Eden sign out the front for easy identification, and a lockable site box for tools.
A full walk-around on completion to discuss feedback and finalise details — finished properly, or we're not finished.

You're transferred to whoever is on call — they already have your details. A call-out fee covers the on-site assessment, treated cautiously and safely.
Rapid response: we make the site accessible, safe and protected, then complete the full clear at the next convenient time based on a quote for the balance of the work.
