Do I need to be a Christian? +

No. You do not need to be Christian to join. But you do need to respect that this environment is built on Christian values — discipline, honesty, keeping your word. Plenty of the brotherhood aren't religious. All of them hold the standard.

Is this a Bible study with dumbbells? +

No. The focus of these 12 weeks is transformation — training, nutrition, accountability. Gym Church also runs a free faith community; that's separate, optional, and there when you want it.

How much is it? +

Investment is discussed on your call once we know it's the right fit. It's a premium 12-week commitment. If your first question is the price, ask yourself whether it's actually about money — or whether part of you is unsure you'll follow through.

I've tried programs before. Why would this work? +
