Prepared for Paul, 4 September 2026

Three ways the iClean Xpress website could work.

Same business, same facts, three different answers to the question of how a mobile car wash should present itself. Each one is a real working homepage rather than a picture of one, so open them on your phone and tap around. Underneath there is a point by point comparison with the current site, and a real check of how that site is doing on Google and in AI search.

iClean Xpress Pty Ltd, Eltham Current site: icleanxpress.com.au Three concepts, one round

The brand decision

There was no logo and no brand colours to work from, so these are proposals.

The current icleanxpress.com.au runs the stock black and white theme it came with, so there was nothing to sample. Rather than guess at a brand and present it as yours, each concept proposes its own palette, its own pair of typefaces and its own version of the iX mark. Picking between them is a real decision, and it is probably the most valuable thing on this page.

The same applies to the writing. Every figure a website normally shouts about is missing from the business today, so none of it was invented.

Real and verifiable

  • iClean Xpress Pty Ltd, ABN 80 698 756 464
  • Registered 4 June 2026, GST registered 8 June 2026
  • Registered to Eltham, Victoria 3095
  • A mobile car wash that travels to the customer, from the current site's own description
  • The contact number 0409 763 522

Deliberately left blank

  • Every price, and what each clean includes
  • Opening hours and the days the van runs
  • How far out of Eltham the van will travel
  • Insurance cover, guarantees and any accreditation
  • Reviews, star ratings, and photos of real jobs

Side by side

What is different, point by point

Compared against icleanxpress.com.au as it stood on 4 September 2026

I went through your current site properly before I built anything, so the concepts are not a fresh coat of paint. Every point below is a real difference between what is on your site today and what is on those three pages above.

The search side of it is measured separately in the check underneath this.

01

There is a phone number now

Your site today

The number 0409 763 522 does not appear anywhere on the site. Not in the header, not in the footer, not in the contact section. Someone who wants a car washed this afternoon has no way to ring.

In the concepts

The number sits in the header of all three, and it is a tap to call link on a phone. It is repeated in the contact section and in the footer.

02

The enquiry form asks for a phone number

Your site today

The form is Name, Email and a Message box. There is no phone field, so every enquiry arrives without the one detail needed to quote a car wash.

In the concepts

Name, mobile and email, with mobile as a required field, plus what the vehicle is and the suburb it is parked in.

03

There is a picture of a car

Your site today

The only image on the site is a stock photo of somebody in gloves holding a mop bucket and spray bottles on a shopping centre floor. It is commercial floor cleaning. There is no car anywhere on a page that sells a mobile car wash.

In the concepts

Every image is a car being washed, a car interior being cleaned, or a clean car in an Eltham driveway. Indicative photography for now, replaced with real photos of your own work once there are some.

04

GoDaddy stops advertising on your homepage

Your site today

On a phone, the first line on the screen is not the business name. It is a GoDaddy bar reading Try Airo AI Builder, Start for free. The footer says Powered by GoDaddy Airo. Their advertising sits above your own name.

In the concepts

Nothing above the business name. No third party bar, no builder advertising, no upsell to a visitor who came looking for a car wash.

05

The word Eltham appears on the page

Your site today

No suburb is named anywhere on the site. Not Eltham, not any of the ones around it. Nothing tells a visitor or a search engine where the van goes.

In the concepts

Eltham is in the page title, the headline area and the footer, with a list of the surrounding suburbs. That list is marked as a suggestion for you to trim or widen, not a promise.

06

It says what you actually do

Your site today

The whole site is a headline, Sparkling Vehicles Fast Service, and a contact form. Nothing explains what a wash includes, whether the inside is done, or that the van comes to the customer.

In the concepts

A section on what the service is, one on how it works, and one on what has not been decided yet. The last of those is deliberate and it is explained on the page.

07

There is more than one thing to click

Your site today

It is a single page with no menu and nothing to navigate to. A visitor scrolls once, sees a form, and that is the end of the site.

In the concepts

A working menu, a bottom bar that follows you down the page, in page sections, and a chat that answers questions about the business.

08

The cookie banner stops covering the form

Your site today

On a phone the cookie notice covers the bottom half of the screen and sits over the Drop us a line form. On desktop it sits over the contact section until it is dismissed.

In the concepts

No cookie wall over the content. The enquiry form is reachable on the first screen on a phone.

09

Someone can ask a question at 10pm

Your site today

The only way to make contact is a form that asks for an email address and gives no indication anyone will reply.

In the concepts

A chat on every page that answers the twelve things people actually ask a car wash, and then takes a name, a mobile and an email. On the concepts it is a demonstration and nothing is sent.

10

A machine can tell what the business is

Your site today

There is no structured data on your homepage at all, so nothing on the page tells Google or an AI assistant that you are a business, what you do or where you work. It is the single biggest reason you are not quoted in an AI answer.

When it is built

The full stack goes on when the direction you pick gets built, the business itself, your services, your service area and your reviews, all linked together. The concept pages are demonstrations and are deliberately held out of search, so they do not carry it yet.

11

ChatGPT and the rest can actually read you

Your site today

Your site has no llms file and does not welcome the AI crawlers by name. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI each read a site with their own crawler, so today they largely go past you.

When it is built

Every build ships an llms file that describes the business in its own words with a question and answer section, and a crawler list that names every current AI crawler as allowed. Detail is in the check below.

12

Tapping the number calls you

Your site today

Your phone number is written on the page but it is not a link, so on a phone it cannot be tapped to call.

In the concepts

The number is a tap to call link in every concept, in the header and again at the bottom of the page.

13

The questions people ask before they book

Your site today

Nothing on your site is published as question and answer data. Wherever you do answer a question, it is text on a page and nothing more, so an assistant cannot lift the answer and hand it to the person who asked.

When it is built

A question and answer set in your own words goes on the built site, published as data as well as text, so the answer can be quoted back to whoever asked.

14

Your reviews can be read back by a machine

Your site today

Your reviews are not published in a form a machine can read, so they cannot show as stars in a result or be quoted to someone asking for a recommendation.

When it is built

The built site publishes them with review data attached, so the same reviews you already have start doing work in search as well as on the page.

Every line above was read off the pages themselves on 4 September 2026, both yours and the three concepts, so you can check any of it while we talk. The search and AI search side is measured in the check below.

SEO & AI Search Check

Checked icleanxpress.com.au on 4 September 2026

Before any of the concepts existed I ran your current website through the same check I run on every Scalus site. It scored 70 out of 100 for how ready it is for Google, and 42 out of 100 for how ready it is for AI search.

The AI search number is the one worth talking about. It is whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI overviews can read the site and quote iClean Xpress when somebody asks them for a recommendation. At 42 out of 100 there is real ground to make up, and most of it is quick.

In total 8 items came back needing attention. They are listed below in the order I would fix them, and every one of them is included in a Scalus build.

70
Overall health
Google search readiness
42
AI search readiness
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity
Search basics
The tags Google reads first.
83
Structured data
How machines understand the business.
0
AI search readiness
Whether answer engines can read and quote the site.
42
Site files
robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt.
94
Technical health
HTTPS, headers and valid markup.
79

What I would fix

8 items
  1. Missing

    Structured data

This is the big one. There is no structured data on the site, so nothing on the page tells a machine that you are a business, what you do or where you are. It is the single largest reason AI search cannot quote you.

What I would do: Add the full structured data stack for the business, the services and the reviews.

  2. Missing

    AI crawlers welcomed

The AI crawlers are not welcomed by name. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI each read the site with their own crawler, and if they are not named they may not read you at all.

What I would do: Name every current AI crawler as allowed.

  3. Missing

    HTML validity

The page code has validity errors, which can quietly break how a crawler reads it.

What I would do: Clean up the markup errors.

  4. Weak

    Page title

The page title is the blue headline Google shows in the results. Yours is not doing the work it could.

What I would do: Write a title that names the service and the suburb.

  5. Weak

    Indexable

The tags that tell Google it may show your images large and quote more of your text are missing.

What I would do: Add the full robots meta directives so your listing can show more.

  6. Weak

    llms.txt FAQ section

Your llms file has no question and answer section, which is the part models quote from.

What I would do: Add an FAQ section to the llms file.

  7. Weak

    Sitemap lastmod dates

Your sitemap does not say when pages last changed, so recrawls are slower than they need to be.

What I would do: Add last modified dates to the sitemap.

  8. Weak

    Security headers

Some standard security headers are missing. Not a ranking issue, but it is the sort of thing that gets a site flagged.

What I would do: Add the standard security headers.

Checked on 4 September 2026 with the same free checker at scalus.app/seo-geo-checker. Scores move as a site changes, so this is a snapshot of that day, not a permanent grade.
