The bit most people skip
A drain that keeps blocking is telling you something. Clearing it again treats the symptom and books you the same call in six months.
The Peninsula is old clay pipe country with big established trees over the top of it. Roots find a hairline crack at a junction and grow into the one place there is water. Grease and wipes build on whatever the roots have already narrowed. From a gully at the surface both look like the same blockage.
A CCTV inspection tells you which one you have, where along the line it sits and how deep. That is the difference between a quote and an estimate.
