On blocked drains specifically
A drain that keeps blocking is telling you something, and clearing it again books you the same call in six months. The Peninsula is old clay pipe under big established trees, so it is usually roots at a cracked junction. A camera down the line settles it, and you get quoted on the real fault instead of on a guess.
