Prepared for Asif at Plumbing Possibilities
Three ways your website could work
Every one of these was built from your own website. The navy, the soft blue, the droplet cyan and the Montserrat type are the exact values in your stylesheet, the logo is your logo, and the six services and the sector wording are yours. Nothing about the brand was guessed.
Underneath the three concepts there is a point by point comparison with your current site, and under that a real search and AI check run against plumbingpossibilities.com.au.
One question before the design, because it changes everything
Your business is running under two names at once, and the concepts can only lead with one of them.
Plumbing Possibilities
The domain, the website, the logo wordmark and the trading name almost everyone knows you by. It is what all three concepts use.
Central Facility Maintenance
A business name you registered on 21 October 2025 against the same ABN. Your logo already carries the line "Building and Facilities Maintenance Services", your Instagram bio says the same, and your Facebook page trades under it.
That is not a criticism, it usually means a business is growing past its original name. But it is worth deciding before a site gets built, because the answer changes the wordmark, the domain, the copy and how you get found in search. Worth five minutes on the call.
The three concept homepages
Same business, same facts, three different arguments about what your website is for. Open each one on your phone as well as your laptop.
The maintenance partner
Their brand played straight. Light, structured and confident, with the strata and owners corporation story pulled out of the about page and put on the front door.
- LookLight paper, navy, soft rounded cards
- TypeArchivo with Montserrat
Best if you want to look like the established, safe pair of hands.
Open concept 1Water does not wait
The emergency direction. A dark operations room built for the building manager ringing at 2am, with the six services as a numbered spec sheet.
- LookDeep slate, droplet cyan as the signal colour
- TypeOswald with Montserrat
Best if most of the work that pays comes in as an urgent call.
Open concept 2The maintenance plan
The qualifier direction. Built around the proactive versus reactive decision, aimed squarely at owners corporations and property managers, with the three questions as the whole front page.
- LookCool paper with full width navy panels
- TypeSpace Grotesk with Montserrat
Best if you want fewer one off jobs and more buildings on a plan.
Open concept 3What is real on these pages, and what is deliberately blank
You will notice there are no reviews, no star ratings, no prices and no case studies anywhere. That is on purpose, and it is the honest position.
Real, and checked against a public record
- Trading since 20 October 2016, from the ABN register
- Your exact palette, read out of your own stylesheet
- Your logo, your favicon and your six services
- Your sector wording: commercial, residential, retail and education
- Two photographs that are genuinely yours
- Emergency plumbing as a 24 hour service, because your own site says so
Left blank, because inventing it would be worse
- Reviews and a rating. You have no Google Business Profile at all, so there is nothing to show
- Prices. You publish none anywhere, so none were made up
- Response times. Same reason
- Your licence number and insurance. Your site states them. We could not confirm them on the issuing register, so they are not repeated as fact on any concept. Bring the certificates and they go on the real site
- Team, case studies and client logos. Your about page has the headings with nothing under them
Side by side
What is different, point by point
Compared against plumbingpossibilities.com.au as it stood on 6 September 2026
Your website is not broken. It loads, it is on HTTPS, it works on a phone and it scores 78 out of 100 on the basics. The problem is narrower than that and it is fixable.
The problem is that the page a customer lands on is not finished, and the search engines cannot tell anyone what you do. Everything below is something you can open on your own site while we talk.
The Services page is still written in Latin
Open plumbingpossibilities.com.au/services and the body copy reads "Aliquam suscipit felis a arcu laoreet congue. Habeo nemore appellantur eu usu putant adolescens". Six cards below it are all titled "Plumbing Solution #" with the hash still in them. The Mission, Vision and Values on your About page are the same Latin placeholder.
Every word on all three concepts is real, and most of it is yours, lifted from your homepage and your about page.
Layer names from the page builder are showing to customers
At the top of every page, next to each service, you can see _1, _2, _3, _4 and then Clip Path: _5 and Clip Path: _6. Those are internal names from the page builder that were never meant to be visible.
Nothing internal is visible anywhere on the three concepts.
Your business name is misspelled in your own footer
The bottom of every page reads "Copyright 2025 Plumbing possiblites". It has been there long enough to be on every page of the site.
Your name is spelled correctly, and it is set in your own brand type.
Nobody can email you
Every place your email should appear, on the contact page, the about page and the footer, shows the words "[email protected]" instead of an address. A plugin has broken and there is now no working email address anywhere on the site.
Contact is a tap to call plus a short form, so there is always a way through that cannot silently break.
The Why Choose Us section is the same card three times
All three panels read "Safe and Secure. Trust us to keep your industrial plumbing running smoothly so you can maintain productivity." Word for word, three times in a row.
Each reason is a different reason, and they are drawn from what you actually say about your own work.
Your page is still called Home New
The browser tab and the Google result both open with the words Home New before your business name. Home New was a working title from while the page was being built, and it is now what search engines show people.
Every page title names the business and what it does, which is also the line that shows in search.
Two different lists of services on the same page
Your menu offers Emergency Plumbing, Roof Repairs, Waterproofing, Plumbing Maintenance, Leak Detection and Drone Inspections. Halfway down the same homepage, Our Services lists six completely different things: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Asset Management. A visitor cannot tell which list is real.
One list, the six from your menu, used the same way everywhere on the page.
The five social icons in your footer go nowhere
Facebook, Pinterest, Skype, Telegram and Instagram all appear at the bottom of every page. Click any of them and nothing happens, because none of them has a link behind it. Meanwhile your real Instagram, at plumb_poss, is not linked from anywhere on the site.
Only channels that exist appear, and each one goes where it says it goes.
Three headings with nothing underneath them
Your About page has Accolades, Our Team and Some of Our Clients, and all three are empty. Underneath, Request A Quote Today is followed by three dots. On the same page the raw phone link is printed as visible text next to the word Phone, instead of a number somebody can tap.
Nothing is left as an empty heading. Where there is genuinely nothing to show yet, the concept says so in a sentence rather than leaving a hole.
The strongest thing about the business is on the wrong page
The line that separates you from every other plumber, that you work with owners corporations and real estate agents and understand strata buildings and investment properties, is on the About page. Most visitors never open an About page.
That is the headline. All three concepts lead with the strata and building maintenance story rather than with generic plumbing.
You have no Google listing at all
We searched twice, across Melbourne and around Ringwood. There is no Google Business Profile for Plumbing Possibilities. That is why you do not appear in the map results for your own services while four competitors do, and it is why you have no reviews to show.
A Google Business Profile is set up and verified as part of the build, which is what makes reviews, the map pin and the star rating possible in the first place.
There is no way for a visitor to ask a question
The only way to start a conversation is to find the phone number and ring it. There is no chat and no short form on the homepage.
Every concept carries a chat that answers real questions about your services and areas, and a three question form in the hero. On the concepts nothing is sent anywhere. On the real site both go straight to you.
Your photos are mostly stock, and the two real ones are buried
The pictures selling the site are stock photography: a hand with a wrench, a man in a white hard hat under a sink, a worker in orange hi vis. Two genuine photographs of your own work exist on the site, and one of them is being used as the preview image whenever anyone shares your link.
Your two real photographs are used properly, and everything else is drawn artwork in your own colours rather than stock. Real photography of your own jobs replaces it when the site is built.
Nothing on the site says which suburbs you cover
The only location given is a PO Box in Ivanhoe East. There is no street address, no suburb list and no service area. Google has nothing to go on, and neither does a customer.
Melbourne wide is stated plainly, and the areas and building types you work in are named on the page.
ChatGPT and the rest can actually read you
Your site has no llms file and does not welcome the AI crawlers by name. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI each read a site with their own crawler, so today they largely go past you.
Every build ships an llms file that describes the business in its own words with a question and answer section, and a crawler list that names every current AI crawler as allowed. Detail is in the check below.
The questions people ask before they book
Nothing on your site is published as question and answer data. Wherever you do answer a question, it is text on a page and nothing more, so an assistant cannot lift the answer and hand it to the person who asked.
A question and answer set in your own words goes on the built site, published as data as well as text, so the answer can be quoted back to whoever asked.
Reviews that a machine can read back
Nothing on your site publishes reviews in a form a machine can read, so no star rating can appear next to you in a result and an assistant has nothing to quote when somebody asks for a recommendation.
The built site carries the review markup, so every review collected from that point on can show as stars in a result as well as on the page.
The line under your listing in Google
Your homepage has no description tag, so Google writes the grey line under your listing for you out of whatever text it finds.
Every concept ships a written description on every page, so the words that sell you are the words that show.
How much has to load before anyone sees anything
Your homepage pulls in 68 separate stylesheets and scripts before it can finish drawing, which is normal for WordPress with Elementor.
The concepts load 8. Speed is a ranking factor and it is the main reason people leave before they read anything.
Every line above was read off the pages themselves on 6 September 2026, both yours and the three concepts, so you can check any of it while we talk. The search and AI search side is measured in the check below.
Your website today
SEO & AI Search Check
Checked plumbingpossibilities.com.au on 6 September 2026
Before any of the concepts existed I ran your current website through the same check I run on every Scalus site. It scored 78 out of 100 for how ready it is for Google, and 19 out of 100 for how ready it is for AI search.
That second number is the one worth talking about. It is not a measure of how the site looks. It is whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI overviews can read the site, understand what Plumbing Possibilities does, and quote it when somebody asks them for a recommendation. At 19 out of 100 the answer today is mostly no.
In total 7 items came back needing attention. They are listed below in the order I would fix them, and every one of them is included in a Scalus build.
Google search readiness
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity
What I would fix
7 items-
Missing
Meta description
The description is the grey text under that headline. It is what makes someone click you instead of the next result.
What I would do: Write a description for every page that says what you do and where.
-
Missing
AI crawlers welcomed
The AI crawlers are not welcomed by name. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI each read the site with their own crawler, and if they are not named they may not read you at all.
What I would do: Name every current AI crawler as allowed.
-
Missing
llms.txt
There is no llms file. This is the file AI models read to understand a business in its own words, and almost no local business has one yet.
What I would do: Add an llms file with a summary, your services, your area and an FAQ.
-
Weak
FAQ schema
You have no question and answer data. This is the strongest single signal for getting quoted by ChatGPT and by Google AI overviews.
What I would do: Add a set of real questions and answers to the site.
-
Weak
Review schema
Your reviews are not readable by machines, so they cannot show as stars or be quoted back to someone asking for a recommendation.
What I would do: Publish your reviews with review data attached.
-
Weak
Security headers
Some standard security headers are missing. Not a ranking issue, but it is the sort of thing that gets a site flagged.
What I would do: Add the standard security headers.
-
Weak
HTML validity
The page code has validity errors, which can quietly break how a crawler reads it.
What I would do: Clean up the markup errors.
Checked on 6 September 2026 with the same free checker at scalus.app/seo-geo-checker. Scores move as a site changes, so this is a snapshot of that day, not a permanent grade.
