Berry St

Pitched brick forms and a considered facade — inside, stone bathrooms and sculpted sinks. A house that reads calm from the street and crafted up close.

The house

Calm from the street.
Crafted up close.

A new home built in brick — pitched forms drawn to a quiet street presence, the facade resolved so nothing shouts. It's the kind of restraint that only reads once you're standing in front of it: courses laid straight, angles held, shadow lines that fall exactly where they were meant to.

Inside, the material story turns tactile. Stone runs through the bathrooms — full slabs book-matched and carried up the wall — with basins sculpted from the same family of stone, so a sink reads as a single piece rather than a fixture set on top of one. Every join was measured, every fixing hidden, every edge softened by hand. The intent throughout is the same: a home that feels effortless, made from decisions that were anything but.

“When you're standing in your bedroom, standing on the balcony of your dream home, it's a pretty epic experience. To see our clients' faces — ‘wow, this is us.’”

A sink you'd mistake for stone that was always there

Full slabs, book-matched — basins sculpted from the same stone.

The bathrooms are where the house rewards a closer look. Rather than drop a basin onto a benchtop, the sink is drawn from the same block of stone — carved, honed and set so the eye reads one continuous piece. Slabs are book-matched across the walls so the veining mirrors itself, and the joinery beneath hides its fixings entirely. It's quiet work that takes far longer than it looks — which is the point.

We build people's forever homes. There's a lot of blood, sweat and tears that goes into creating the means to do that — and then making the key decisions of the things they want to have in their home. It's very considered, very bespoke, case by case, and very meaningful. We don't take that lightly.
