We take a baseline
How your body is organising under stress. Breathing patterns, neurological reflexes, posture and range of movement where it is relevant.
Four tools below, working right now, no sign up. Then a plain quiz that tells you where your system is actually sitting. I am Sarah, and this is the work I do with women in clinic.
Four things you can do in the next two minutes. They are the same tools I give clients between sessions, which is where most of the change actually happens.
Follow the dot around the square. Four seconds on each side.
Slow, even breathing at around six breaths a minute is the piece of this work with the strongest research behind it. It is not a cure for anything. It is a way of showing your system that right now is not an emergency.
Move your attention out of your head and into the room.
When your attention is stuck replaying something, the fastest way out is not to argue with the thought. It is to give your senses something real to do.
Tap whatever is true right now. As many as you like.
Most women can name three before they have thought about it.
Putting a specific word to a feeling changes how strongly the body holds it. That is why the first part of a session is naming what is happening, not explaining why.
Tap every place you feel it. Most people find two or three.
Most people can name two or three without thinking. That map is the thing a session starts from, rather than a description of your week.
In clinic this is done properly with hands on assessment and muscle testing, because where you think you hold it and where your body is actually holding it are often two different places.
Tap the answer closest to the truth, not the one that sounds best. You will get a plain description of what your system is doing and what tends to help first.
A session is hands on and in clinic. The work is physical rather than conversational, and most of it happens on the table.
How your body is organising under stress. Breathing patterns, neurological reflexes, posture and range of movement where it is relevant.
Precise techniques that support your system to downregulate, working with the diaphragm, the vagus nerve and the lymphatic system.
Using muscle testing we locate where your body is holding threat outside conscious awareness. Not what you can describe. What it is actually doing.
Breath retraining, movement and vagus nerve work between sessions, plus direct access to me by message. The repetition is what makes it stick.
Hyper vigilance or shutdown did not arrive in a week. I do not offer one off appointments, because they do not change anything.
Stabilises your system and interrupts the immediate, reactive patterns.
Embeds the new responses deeply enough that they hold under real strain, not just on a good week.
You are self aware and still reactive. You are capable and tired of managing yourself. You are willing to participate, and you understand change needs repetition.
You want a quick fix, you want to stay in explanation without practice, you want reassurance without being challenged, or you expect this to replace medical or clinical care.
No. This is hands on work with your nervous system rather than a talking therapy, and it does not replace medical or clinical care. If you are working with a GP, a psychologist or a specialist, this sits alongside that, not instead of it.
They are real practices and they are worth doing, but they are a warm up, not the work. Slow breathing has genuine research behind it. Grounding and naming are useful in the moment. None of them change a pattern that has been running for decades, which is what the in clinic work is for.
No. One off sessions do not change a pattern that took decades to build, so I only work in three and six month programmes. If you only book when life falls apart, it makes sense that nothing really changes.
Not in the way you are picturing. Most of the session is spent on the table and the work is physical rather than conversational. We are changing the pattern at the level it is actually being run, not analysing it.
Two clinic rooms in Melbourne, one in Ringwood North and one in Port Melbourne, with different days at each. Exact addresses and times are confirmed when you book.
Tell me where you are at. If this is the right fit I will say so, and if it is not I will tell you that too.

On the live site this lands in her inbox and her CRM, and she replies personally. On this concept page nothing was sent and nothing was kept.
