Our story

Leadership is not a role. It is something you can live into every day.

It is stepping up when something needs to be said or done, and it is having the courage to act.

Rather than a fixed set of rules, we treat leadership as the ability to listen and respond to what a moment is calling for. Our programs are experiential and creative, never one size fits all, and are shaped around the specific group in front of us.

We work with cultural competency at the centre of what we do, and have extensive experience with first nations people, people from refugee and migrant backgrounds, people with disabilities, and people from low socio economic areas.
