That means patching cracks and holes, replacing water-damaged or sagging ceilings, re-sheeting walls after a leak or a removed wall, cornice repairs and replacement, skim-coating tired surfaces back to smooth, and matching existing textures so a repair disappears instead of standing out. We set, sand and finish to a proper paint-ready level, clean up after ourselves, and if the wall needs painting too, the same team carries it through. Owners-corp common areas, rental turnovers, whole rooms or one stubborn patch, it's all in-house.
