The Fine Print, Softly
We keep things small and personal, which means each suite is reserved just for you. These few policies simply help us protect that — for everyone.
All treatments require a small, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. It's never an extra charge — it's simply deducted from your final bill on the day of your soak.
Life happens — just let us know 48 hours ahead. With that notice your deposit can transfer to a new date (a fresh deposit secures the new booking). Inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited and a cancellation fee may apply.
A missed appointment without warning means the deposit is automatically forfeited. To rebook with us afterwards, we'll simply ask for full payment upfront — and then we're delighted to welcome you back.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and complete your consultation form. Arriving late shortens your treatment time, and more than 15 minutes late means we'll need to cancel the appointment, with the deposit forfeited.
Our suites are intimate by design, so we're unable to host extra guests — friends, family or children — in the room during your treatment. It keeps the stillness intact for you and for everyone soaking nearby.
A few transparent extras: card payments carry a 1.1–1.3% fee (cash avoids it), weekends add 10%, and public holidays add 15%. We'll always make these clear before you confirm — no surprises at checkout.
None of this is meant to feel stern. These small policies exist for one reason — to protect everyone's time and keep the experience as unhurried as it's meant to be. When a suite is held just for you, an unhurried welcome and a calm, on-time soak become possible for the guests around you too.
If anything ever changes or you're unsure, just reach out. We'd always rather move your booking than have you miss your hour of quiet.
