Do I need formal qualifications?+

It depends on the role — arborist and carpentry roles need the relevant tickets/trade qualifications. For landscaping and maintenance, experience and the right attitude matter most.

Is the trial day really paid?+

Yes. We don't do unpaid "tryouts". If you come out on site for a day, you're paid for it.

Are roles full-time or casual?+

Both, depending on the role and the season. Let us know what suits you and we'll talk through the options.

What if you're not hiring my trade right now?+
