How an Eden emergency works

You call. You qualify. We dispatch. Relief.

Four steps, fast — from the moment you ring to the moment your property is safe again.

Step 01

You call

Ring our line any hour. We answer a few quick questions to understand the situation and what machinery is needed.

Step 02

You qualify

We confirm it's a genuine emergency and transfer you to the team member on call — who already has your details.

Step 03

We dispatch

Our crew heads straight to your property — fast — with the right gear to make the site accessible and safe.

Step 04

Relief

We secure and protect the site immediately, then quote and complete the full clear at the next convenient time.

Minimum call-out
$500

A $500 minimum call-out fee covers the on-site emergency assessment and the initial work to make your property safe. After that, we provide a clear quote for the balance of the work — no surprises, even at 2am.

When to call

What counts as an emergency?

Storm-damaged or fallen trees

A tree across your driveway, on the roof, or leaning dangerously after wind or rain.

Dangerous limbs & widow-makers

Cracked, hanging or split branches that could fall on people, cars or the house.

Urgent structural issues

A collapsing retaining wall, deck or outdoor structure that poses a safety risk.

Hazardous debris & access

Anything blocking safe access to your home — or putting your family at risk.

Not sure if it qualifies? Call anyway — we'll advise you straight away.

Emergency FAQs

What counts as a 24/7 emergency?+

Storm damage, dangerous or falling trees, structural issues, hazardous debris or anything that puts your home or safety at risk. If you're unsure, call — we'll advise.

Is there an out-of-hours charge?+

Yes — a $500 minimum call-out fee applies, covering the on-site assessment and initial safety measures. We'll quote for the balance of the work after that initial assessment.

How fast can you get to me?+

As fast as conditions and crew availability allow — emergencies are prioritised over scheduled work. We'll give you a realistic ETA when you call.

Do you service areas outside Melbourne's north-east?+

Yes — we respond to emergencies across greater Melbourne and beyond. Call to discuss your location and we'll confirm availability.

What should I do while I wait?+

Keep everyone well clear of the hazard, don't attempt to move large limbs or damaged structures yourself, and if there's any risk to life or essential services, call 000 first.

Don't wait it out. Call now.

A dangerous tree or unsafe structure won't fix itself — and it gets more expensive the longer it's left. We answer 24/7.
